excellent experience
Like many others I found out about Hometelligent Inc. through Marius Construction. I believe these two are sister companies of each other, and no matter which one works for you I'm sure the quality of work will be excellent. The reason I got in contact with Hometelligent Inc. was because I needed to replace a roof on a rental property. Silvio Dobrovat came out and did an estimate for me without me needing to be at the property. I can't say how much I appreciated this because it saved so much time on my end. Some of you might hesitate about not being there but I explained what I wanted done and Silvio understood completely. The communication was so easy. After signing the contract and putting a deposit down for the materials, work began immediately. Within two days the crew had removed and replaced the entire roof. During this time Silvio was giving me updates about what was going on via txt and email. Once the project was complete Silvio sent me a txt along with a picture of the completed work. Everything looked great but I needed to see the results with my own eyes. When I arrived at the property the work done looked just as good as it did in the picture. The crew had done an amazing job and most importantly they had taken their time to clean the area around the house. Overall my experience with Silvio Dobrovat and Hometelligent was excellent. The work done was phenomenal but most importantly the communication was just as good. Silvio was on top of things responding to my emails and txt. I would highly recommend him and his crew.

We highly recommend Silvio and his Hometelligent crew
Silvio and his Hometelligent crew updated our 1920's bathroom and did a fantastic job. The job included new tile in the tub surround with the addition of all new valves, installation of a new water saving toilet, new vanity and a medicine cabinet with an inside electrical system. The bathroom, including the trim, was also painted. The workmanship was of the highest quality. Silvio and his crew were always prompt, courteous, neat and quiet. No blaring radios here. Even though our job was small, there were many unexpected problems to deal with. Silvio was always willing to go the extra mile to solve them. We highly recommend Silvio and his Hometelligent crew. Silvio repaired our deck, power washed, sanded and sealed. It looks new- and was in very bad shape before. Silvio was great to work with, easy to communicate with, showed up on time and stayed within the budget. We will definitely use him in the future. He's a general contractor and does smaller jobs only when his schedule allows. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for larger projects.
